1. Free Products

Free products and tools do not involve monetary refunds.

2. SaaS/Service Engagements

Refund terms for paid SaaS and custom services are governed by proposal/invoice/agreement terms shared at purchase time.

3. Billing Errors

Any billing discrepancy should be reported through contact support within 7 business days of detection.

4. Non-refundable Items

Completed consulting efforts, delivered customization scope and consumed implementation hours are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
